About the Course
What do the Michelin Guide, soap operas, and recipes for cooking with Campbell's soup all have in common? They all started as content marketing. Each one was considered a better way to attract customers to a brand than just spending more on advertising. But they had the disadvantage of requiring huge sums to distribute to their respective audiences. And that's the good news for you–the Internet has now reduced distribution costs to nearly zero, so content marketing is within reach of even the most budget-challenged companies.

Main Takeaway:
At the end of this course, you will understand how to identify your audience, learn their content needs, and meet them. Learn how to reach your audience with quality content that won’t break the bank.

I found this to be well worth the price of admission after just the first section. It’s excellent information presented in an understandable way and in bite-sized pieces. Highly recommended. (And I really want to confirm that I’m more likely to survive a plane crash than to click on a banner ad, as Mike says. That’s great stuff!)
I really enjoyed the manner in which the information is presented in Mike Moran’s Content Marketing Course. The videos are well produced and informative and the written content is more than just a repeat of what is in the videos. It enhances the videos with useful and interesting information, highlighted with pertinent examples.
Additionally, each series of the topic-specific sessions closes with a reflective exercise. A set of specific questions that guide you through contemplating the current marketing strategy of your company, a company you represent, or one that you plan to represent. Progressively, these exercises, along with the concepts learned in the lessons, were enlightening and prompted ideas to implement into our current marketing tactics, while staying within budget. I highly recommend this course for anyone seeking to expand his or her company’s online marketing efforts through content creation and marketing
